THETFORD — Two Thetford residents were cited for violating court-ordered conditions of release on Feb. 15.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were conducting case follow-up at a residence on VT Route 113 at approximately 1:05 p.m. when they discovered the violations.
James Bishop, 56, and Jennifer Stralka, 47, both of Thetford, were issued citations to appear in Orange County Criminal Court on April 9 at 8:30 a.m.
The incident occurred during a routine follow-up investigation by state police.
