WASHINGTON — On Feb. 6 at approximately 1:22 p.m., troopers from the Vermont State Police Berlin Barracks responded to a report of a possible unlawful trespass at a residence on VT Route 110 in Washington.
During the investigation, troopers discovered that Justin E. Colgan, 37, of Washington, had an active in-state warrant for his arrest.
The warrant included bail set at $200.
Troopers made multiple attempts to locate Colgan and successfully made contact with him on Feb. 14.
After confirming his identity and the details of the warrant, Colgan was arrested without incident.
He was transported to the Washington County Courthouse for processing.
