WORCESTER — On Feb. 13, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers executed a search warrant at an apartment on Lafayette St.
At approximately 5:50 p.m., officers entered the apartment and detained several individuals inside.
During the search, officers recovered a shotgun, a rifle, multiple shotgun shells, and other types of ammunition.
Brian Rodriguez, 35, a resident of the apartment, was arrested after officers determined he did not possess a license to carry firearms or a Firearms Identification (FID) card.
Rodriguez faces two counts of possession of a firearm without an FID card and three counts of possession of ammunition without an FID card.
