BETHEL — On Feb. 13, Vermont State Police troopers from the Royalton barracks responded to a report of a stolen vehicle on Main Street.
The investigation led troopers to MacIntosh Hill Road, where the stolen vehicle was located.
The operator of the vehicle was identified as 34-year-old Miles Fleming of Bethel.
During the investigation, troopers discovered a second vehicle that had been stolen from North Main Street on Feb. 12.
Fleming was arrested without incident and transported to the Royalton Barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in Windsor County Superior Court to face charges of aggravated operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, operating without consent, two counts of grand larceny, and criminal driving with a suspended license.
