PROVIDENCE — On Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 11:06 p.m., troopers arrested Brittany Simonelli, 34, of 64 Durham Street, Providence, for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
The arrest followed a motor vehicle crash investigation on Kinsley Avenue in Providence.
Simonelli was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
