POULTNEY — A Poultney man was arrested Sunday night following a domestic assault incident.
On Feb. 9 at approximately 9:06 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to a reported family fight in Poultney.
An investigation determined that Timothy Garrick, 29, caused pain to a family or household member.
Garrick was taken into custody on Feb. 12 and transported to the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks for processing.
He was issued court-ordered conditions of release and held at Marble Valley Correctional Facility on lack of $1,000 bail.
