DERBY — On Feb. 12 at approximately 6:43 p.m., the Vermont State Police Derby Barracks received a report of a violation of an abuse prevention order at a residence on Derby Pond Road.
Investigation revealed that Collins Roberts, 21, of Plymouth, had violated the order by making contact with a protected party and failing to maintain a 300-foot restriction.
Roberts was arrested and taken to the Derby Barracks for processing.
He was later released on a citation to appear in court.
