BOSTON — The Boston Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Kingsley Joseph, who has been missing since Jan. 16.
Joseph left his home on Marden Street in Dorchester for New York City and was staying at the New Yorker Hotel in Midtown Manhattan.
He last contacted his family on Jan. 27.
At the time of his disappearance, Joseph was wearing a black jacket, black pants, and carrying a black backpack.
He is described as a black male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 pounds, with short black hair and large prescription glasses.
While in New York City, Joseph may have frequented the Regal Movie Theater, the library, and the Don Buriya Japanese restaurant in Midtown Manhattan.
Anyone with information about Joseph’s whereabouts is urged to contact 911 or B-3 detectives.
