LINCOLN — On Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 11:00 a.m., Troopers arrested Destiny Hall, age 26, of Providence, for 1.) Duty to Stop for an Accident with Damage to Attended Vehicle, 2.) Obstruction of a Police Officer in Execution of Duty, and 3.) Driving Without a License – 4th Offense.
This arrest was a result of a barracks investigation and subsequent residence check.
Hall was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 11:30 a.m., Troopers arrested Raven Rodriguez, age 34, of Pawtucket, for 1.) Obstruction of a Police Officer in Execution of Duty, 2.) False Report of a Crime.
This arrest was a result of a barracks investigation and Rodriguez turning herself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Rodriguez was processed and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 5:21 p.m., Troopers arrested Randy Rodriguez, age 25, of Central Falls, for an Affidavit & Arrest warrant on the charge of Larceny originating out of the Attleboro Police Department.
This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center and taking custody of Rodriguez.
He was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held over-night pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court where he will be presented as a Fugitive from Justice.
On Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 2:02 a.m., Troopers arrested Miguel Rose, age 24, of Pawtucket, for a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment, Non-Criminal Charge.
This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chatham Street in the City of Providence.
Rose was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center.
On Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 2:15 a.m., Troopers arrested Tykenzia Briggs, age 24, of Providence, for Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty.
This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ayrault Street in the City of Providence.
Briggs was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight as a bail violator pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
On Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 3:00 a.m., Troopers arrested Yerbin Lozada Munoz, age 26, of New Bedford, Mass, as a Fugitive from Justice out of the New York City Police Department for Criminal Possession of Weapons.
This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Cranston.
Munoz was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
