SUNAPEE — A wanted man was taken into custody Thursday with assistance from a neighboring police department.
Derrick DiMaggio was arrested by the Sunapee Police Department on an outstanding warrant from the Sullivan County Superior Court for failing to appear in court.
The New London Police Department assisted in locating DiMaggio.
In addition to the Sunapee charges, DiMaggio was also arrested on a warrant from the New Hampshire State Police for burglary.
DiMaggio is currently being held in custody.
