NEWPORT — Tractor Supply Company in Newport is hosting a pet treat tasting event on Sunday, February 23, offering pets the chance to sample a variety of treats and enjoy other activities.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the store located at 124 Commerce Way. Pets can try treats from Tractor Supply’s exclusive 4health® brand and other high-quality products.
“At Tractor Supply, we believe in giving your pets a choice,” said Ben McAllister, manager of the Newport store. “We carry a wide variety of pet food and treat options to ensure your four-legged friends stay nourished and satisfied all year long. In addition to the tasting, attendees can enjoy pet photos, a pet care 101 workshop, and pet adoption opportunities.
The Pope Memorial Frontier Animal Shelter will be on-site from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to facilitate adoptions and provide information.
