The charges include assault in the third degree, threatening in the second degree, and unlawful restraint in the second degree.

The charges relate to an incident on Dec. 30, 2024, in which Morrison allegedly threatened to kill the victim, prevented the victim from leaving, and slammed the victim’s foot in a door.

Morrison was processed and released on a $20,000 surety bond.

He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Feb. 10 at 9 a.m.

In a separate incident, another South Windsor man was arrested early Saturday on a disorderly conduct charge.
