NORWALK — Norwalk Patrol Officers apprehended three individuals early Wednesday morning after thwarting a commercial burglary at a local smoke shop.

At 2:25 a.m. on Jan. 30, Norwalk Combined Dispatch received a report of a suspicious person near Van Tassell Court, located not far from the R&R Smoke Shop at 213 Main Avenue.

During this time, dispatchers also received a call from an individual who was whispering and difficult to understand, but the call was traced to the same address.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered broken glass and three male suspects inside the store.
