BERLIN — A 45-year-old Berlin man was arrested Saturday night after troopers discovered he had an outstanding warrant and was driving with a criminally suspended license.
Kenneth Stoudt arrived at the Berlin Barracks at 8:44 p.m. to pick up a friend when troopers identified him as having an active in-state warrant for Failure to Appear related to other charges.
During the stop, it was also revealed that Stoudt was operating his vehicle on a criminally suspended license.
Following the investigation, Stoudt was processed at the Berlin Barracks and then lodged at the Northeast Correctional Facility.
He is scheduled to appear before the Orleans County Superior Court, Criminal Division on Jan. 29 at 12:30 p.m.
