WATERFORD — Police are seeking assistance in identifying one of two suspects involved in the Charter Oak bank robbery that occurred last Friday on Boston Post Road.
Authorities released a photo of the suspect, urging the public to note a distinctive mark on the subject’s left cheek.
The suspects were reported to have been dressed in dark clothing and were seen traveling to and from the bank in the direction of Bank Street and Beckwith Street in New London.

In response to this incident and a previous robbery, residents will notice an increased police presence in the area.
