Oxford County deputies arrest three on drug charges in Bethel

BETHEL — Three individuals were arrested on drug charges following the execution of a search warrant by the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office on Jan. 11.

At approximately 4:30 p.m., deputies carried out a search at a residence on Flat Road, acting on information about suspected drug trafficking activity.

The search led to the arrest of Justin Tibberts, 39, Macy Blaisdell, 44, and Kristel Irish, 39, all of Bethel, on charges of Unlawful Trafficking Scheduled Drugs.

A small quantity of Fentanyl was seized at the location.

Following the arrests, the suspects were taken to the Oxford County Jail, where bail was set at $25,000 cash for each.

Sheriff Christopher Wainwright stated that the investigation is ongoing and additional arrests may be forthcoming.

The Sheriff’s Office urges the public to report any drug trafficking or criminal activity to local law enforcement.
