Man cited for lewd conduct at local Lyndonville Mobil Mart

LYNDONVILLE — A 51-year-old man was cited for lewd and lascivious conduct after allegedly exposing himself in a convenience store parking lot, the Lyndonville Police Department reported.

According to the press release, Lyndonville Patrol Officer Daniel Renaudette was dispatched to the Mobil Mart at 110 Broad St. at about 3:08 p.m. on Jan. 10 following a report of a man exposing himself to a woman.

Upon arrival, the officer could not locate the suspect.

After reviewing video footage from local businesses, Officer Renaudette identified the individual as Daniel Culver, who is homeless and formerly from Burlington.

Culver was located the following day at 28 Back Center Rd. in Lyndon and was subsequently cited for the offense.

Culver is scheduled to appear at the Caledonia Court in St. Johnsbury on Feb. 24 to answer to the charge.

The Lyndonville Police Department has confirmed that court action is pending.
