BOSTON — Detectives from the Boston Police Department’s District C-11 are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a stabbing incident that took place on Jan. 9 at approximately 8:47 p.m. at 1660 Dorchester Avenue in Dorchester.
The suspect is described as a Black male, last seen wearing a black jacket with a gray hood, black pants, brown boots, and a black winter hat with a visible tag on the top.
Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances of the stabbing.

The identities of those who provide tips anonymously will be protected.
