KILLINGTON — A North Star Lodge employee was charged with two counts of petit larceny after allegedly stealing money from guests, Killington Police Department reported.

On Dec. 9, North Star Lodge staff contacted police about suspected thefts from two separate guest rooms.

According to authorities, guests reported missing cash totaling $400 upon their return to the rooms.

Security footage reviewed by lodge management implicated Dawn-Marie Graham, 50, of Rutland, as the only employee who had accessed both rooms during the time of the thefts.

Following the review, Graham’s employment was terminated.

Graham was located on Dec. 28 and issued a citation to appear in Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division on Feb. 24, to respond to the charges, police said.
