Ware police arrest multiple on drug, firearm charges

WARE — A search warrant execution by the Ware Police Department on Tuesday at 11 & 13 Webb Court led to the arrest of multiple individuals on drug-related charges and an outstanding warrant for assault with a dangerous weapon.

The warrant, carried out at approximately 7 a.m., targeted firearms violations and resulted in the apprehension of Romario Robinson, 28, who was sought for assault with a dangerous weapon involving a firearm.

During the search of Robinson’s apartment, authorities discovered roughly 25 grams of crack cocaine, cash, and materials used for packaging drugs.

Robinson, along with Shawn Michael Lamb, 42, Damon Michael Dell, 36, Tommy Boudreau, 23, Hailey Powell, 30, Kelsey Mossey, 29, Hailie Stgermain, 22, and Minnette M.

Davila, 60, all residing at Webb Court, except for Mossey from Marlborough, were charged with conspiracy to violate drug law.

Robinson, Lamb, and Dell also face charges for cocaine trafficking and possession with intent to distribute a Class C drug.

The trio of Robinson, Lamb, and Dell were held without bail and are scheduled to appear in the Eastern Hampshire District Court in Belchertown on Wednesday.

The others were released on personal recognizance.

Supporting the Ware Police in the operation were members of the Palmer Police Department, the Hampden County Special Response Team, and the State Police.

No firearm was found during the search.
