Man charged with retail theft from Enosburgh Tractor Supply

ENOSBURGH — The Vermont State Police were called to the Tractor Supply in Enosburgh on Dec. 12 following a report of a retail theft incident.

According to the police, a male suspect was observed running out of the store with an unpaid item.

The investigation identified Perry Harrness, 29, of Enosburgh, as the individual responsible for the theft.

Harrness was apprehended by the St. Albans City Police Department and has been issued a citation to appear in the Franklin County Superior Court on Feb. 18 at 8:30 a.m. to face charges for the alleged retail theft.
