Boston police seek public’s help to identify Roxbury unarmed robbery suspect

BOSTON — Boston Police Department detectives from District B-2 are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an unarmed robbery that occurred in Roxbury.

The incident took place at 7:54 p.m., on Thursday, on Malcolm X Boulevard and Elmwood Street.

The individual sought by the authorities is described as a black male, estimated to be between 20 to 30 years old.

He was last seen wearing a dark-colored jacket, blue jeans, sneakers, and a white ski mask.

Following the robbery, the suspect made his escape on an electric scooter and was last spotted at 680 Parker Street.

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the circumstances of the robbery and encourages anyone with information to contact the District B-2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.

The department assures that the identities of individuals providing anonymous tips will be protected with utmost confidentiality.
