BERKLEY — The Berkley Police Department, in partnership with the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, has secured the indictment of Joseph Phillips on charges of larceny related to funds missing from the Berkley Athletic Association.
Phillips was indicted by a grand jury this fall on three counts of larceny over $1,200, with the Berkley Athletic Association and Granite Telecommunications named as victims in the indictment.
He was arraigned today at Fall River Superior Court.

Their collaborative efforts led to the significant development in the case.
Police Chief Christopher Baker and District Attorney Tom Quinn issued a joint statement, highlighting their dedication to justice and community safety.
They also urged anyone with further information about this case or other criminal activities to assist in the ongoing efforts to preserve Berkley’s integrity.
