BRADFORD — A single-vehicle crash on Interstate 91 led to a DUI charge for a Fairlee woman on Jan. 5.
Vermont State Police responded to the incident near mile marker 102 in the northbound lane at 7:17 p.m. Jenna Bingham, 28, was identified as the driver of a 2010 Subaru Forester, which sustained minor damage.
Troopers determined that Bingham had been operating the vehicle under the influence.
She was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and suffered suspected minor injuries.
Bingham was taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center as a precaution.
Bingham was processed for DUI and released with a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division on March 5 at 8 a.m.
