SALISBURY — A routine traffic stop led to the arrest of a 22-year-old Salisbury man for multiple violations of his court-ordered release conditions.
Vermont State Police pulled over a vehicle on US Route 7 at the intersection with Plains Road on April 1 at 9:26 p.m. Upon investigation, officers identified a passenger, Nicholas D.
Pecor of Salisbury, who was found to be in breach of his release terms.
Pecor was detained and transported to the New Haven State Police Barracks for processing early on April 2.
After processing, he was issued a citation and released.
He is scheduled to appear in Addison County Superior Court’s Criminal Division on Feb. 3 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the 14 counts of violating his conditions of release.
