The International Plow Truck, part of the Agency of Transportation (AOT) fleet, sustained plow damage, while Nascimento’s Corolla suffered substantial damage to the rear end.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts, and neither required hospitalization.
At the time of the accident, the weather was cloudy with light snowfall, and the roads were covered in snow and ice, contributing to slippery driving conditions.
Nascimento received a warning for failing to maintain his lane of travel.
His vehicle was towed from the scene by Carrara’s Towing.
The AOT plow truck continued with its snow removal duties following the incident.
