DERBY — On Jan. 4 at 9:59 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to a domestic dispute at a residence on Cross Road in Derby.
Investigation at the scene determined that Roger “RJ” Corriveau, 44, of Holland, had been involved in a physical altercation with a family member and made threats that caused them to fear for their safety.
During the incident, Corriveau also allegedly threatened a bystander while being taken into custody.
Following his arrest, Corriveau was transported to the Derby barracks for processing.
He was subsequently released with conditions and cited to appear in Orleans Superior Court on Jan. 6 at 12:30 p.m. to face charges of domestic assault and criminal threatening.
