FAIRFAX — Vermont State Police arrested a 60-year-old woman from Milton on suspicion of her third DUI after reports of an intoxicated driver on Field Rd.
At approximately 2:43 p.m., officers responded to a call concerning an individual in a vehicle showing signs of intoxication.
Upon arrival, police found Pamela Cassidy in control of the car while under the influence of alcohol.
Cassidy was taken into custody and processed for her third DUI charge.
Following the arrest, she was released to a responsible sober individual.
The Vermont State Police continue to investigate the incident.
