RUTLAND — A local man was taken into custody early Thursday morning after Vermont State Police responded to a family dispute and found he had violated his conditions of release.
Troopers arrived at the scene in West Rutland at about 3:06 a.m. where they investigated the incident.
Ryan McNamara, 40, was identified as the individual breaching the terms set for his release.
Following the investigation, McNamara was arrested and transported to the Rutland Barracks.
He was subsequently lodged at the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Center pending further proceedings.
