MIDDLESEX — On Jan. 2, at around 3:24 p.m., Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to a single-vehicle accident on I-89 North near mile marker 57.
John Murray, 53, of Williston, was identified as the operator of the vehicle.
During the interaction with Murray, Troopers observed several indicators of impairment.
After an investigation at the scene, Murray was released with a citation to appear in court on charges of driving under the influence (DUI).
