SOUTH WINDSOR — A Milford man was arrested Monday on charges related to the theft of an electric smoker from a local Lowes store, according to the South Windsor Police Department.
Jason L. Dennis, 45, turned himself in at police headquarters at 2:14 p.m. on an active arrest warrant for larceny in the sixth degree.
The charge stems from a Dec. 11 incident at Lowes, located at 31 Buckland Hills Drive, where Dennis allegedly stole an electric smoker valued at $499.
After being processed, Dennis was released on a promise to appear in court.
He is scheduled to appear before the Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday, Jan. 15, at 9 a.m.
