SPRINGFIELD — Officers from the Springfield Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Westview Terrace on Dec. 6, where they encountered a situation involving a car that fled the scene.
Maria Perez, 34, of Ludlow, was identified as a passenger in the vehicle that eluded police.
At the time, Perez was under a court-mandated 24-hour curfew at her residence as part of her conditions of release.
The police later located Perez during a separate call for service.
She was cited for the offense of Violation of Conditions of Release and is scheduled to appear in Windsor County Superior Court in Woodstock on Jan. 21.
