BRATTLEBORO — A 35-year-old Manchester man was arrested on an outstanding warrant when he appeared at Vermont Superior Court on Dec. 19.
Michael G. Wallner was taken into custody on a warrant for retail theft, according to Windham County Sheriff’s Office Deputy David M.
Whittle. Wallner had come to the court for an unrelated matter when the arrest occurred.
Following his arrest, Wallner was cited and released.
Additional details about the retail theft incident leading to the warrant were not immediately available.
The Windham County Sheriff’s Office has not provided further information on the case.
