HENNIKER — The New Hampshire State Police, in coordination with the Hillsborough Police Department, has issued a Silver Alert for a missing vulnerable adult, Norman Bisson Sr., and is seeking the public’s assistance in locating him.
Bisson, who suffers from dementia, was last seen today, Dec. 29, at 7:30 a.m. on Maple Street in Henniker.
He left a Mobil Gas Station and had departed from his home on Jefferson Drive in Hillsborough sometime after 4:30 a.m. Bisson was observed driving a white 2017 Hyundai Tucson with New Hampshire registration 4112105.
Authorities believe that Bisson may be attempting to reach Concord, specifically the area of Church Street, where he lived prior to moving in with family in Hillsborough.
He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue and gold pajama bottoms, and is known to walk with a cane, which he likely has with him.
The family of Bisson has expressed concern for his wellbeing, emphasizing that his dementia can cause confusion.
