MOUNT HOLLY — A single-vehicle crash on Healdville Road led to a DUI charge for a Rutland City man on Dec. 28.
Vermont State Police responded to the incident around 5:36 p.m. where they discovered Zachary Connor, 24, had been involved in the crash.
Connor was transported to Rutland Regional Medical Center to receive medical attention.
Investigations at the scene determined that Connor was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
After processing, Connor was released with a citation to appear in Rutland Superior Court Criminal Division to respond to the DUI charge at a later specified date.
