Springfield woman arrested for disorderly conduct

SPRINGFIELD — A 38-year-old Springfield woman was arrested Thursday morning after police responded to a disturbance on Main Street.

Springfield police officers were dispatched at 8:23 a.m. to reports of a woman yelling and screaming outside a residence.

Upon investigation, they alleged that Roxanne Sargent was using abusive and obscene language in a disorderly manner.

Sargent was taken into custody at 9:39 a.m. without incident and transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing.

She was issued a criminal citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on Feb. 4 to respond to the charge of Disorderly Conduct.
