BOSTON — Officers from the Boston Police Department arrested a man on Thursday who was listed as one of their most wanted fugitives.
At about 2:15 p.m., officers assigned to District C-11 in Dorchester apprehended 39-year-old Christopher Anderson of Quincy in the vicinity of 88 Bailey Street.
Anderson was wanted on an outstanding warrant issued by the Dorchester District Court for charges of aggravated assault and battery, mayhem, and armed robbery.
Anderson, who had been featured on the BPD’s Most Wanted List, is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
The Boston Police Department has not released further details regarding the case or the circumstances leading to Anderson’s arrest.
