BEVERLY — The Beverly Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Owen Kasozi, who was last seen near the JC Phillips Estate at 801 Cabot Street around 3 p.m. today.
Kasozi is considered possibly endangered, and authorities are urging anyone with information regarding their whereabouts to come forward.
The police have not provided a description of Kasozi or any additional details surrounding their disappearance at this time.
