EXETER — Rhode Island State Troopers responded to a domestic disturbance at 561 South County Trail on Monday, Dec. 23, at 8:26 a.m., leading to the arrest of 38-year-old Ryan Johnson of West Kingston for various charges including domestic disorderly conduct and vandalism.
Johnson, from 134 Barbers Pond Road, was charged with Domestic Disorderly Conduct Fighting/Tumultuous Behavior, Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property, and Refusal to Relinquish or Damage or Obstruct Telephone.
The arrest occurred after troopers arrived at the scene of the disturbance.
Following his arrest, Johnson was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed.
He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released, pending a future court appearance at the Fourth Division District Court.
