ST. ALBANS — A St. Albans man was cited for violating conditions of his court-ordered release, Vermont State Police reported Thursday.
Nicholas C. Hale, 26, is accused of not adhering to specific terms set by the court.
Authorities were alerted to the potential infraction on Dec. 19 at 11:36 a.m. in Cambridge.
Hale was ordered to appear in the Lamoille County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Feb. 5, according to police.
The nature of the original charges was not disclosed, nor was information about the victim, in compliance with privacy policies for cases involving sexual assault or domestic violence.
The Vermont State Police have not released further details regarding the incident.
