Multiple arrests made in Rhode Island over two-day period

LINCOLN — Rhode Island State Police made several arrests on Dec. 19 and 20, 2024, for various offenses including disorderly conduct, assault, possession of a stolen vehicle, and driving under the influence.

On Dec. 19 at 7:30 p.m., troopers arrested Wayne Samuelian, 58, of Cranston, for disorderly conduct and on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a domestic violence charge.

The arrest occurred at Harrington Hall in Cranston.

Later that night at 10:32 p.m., Auston D. Hall, 24, of Providence, was arrested on charges of simple assault and battery, throwing articles at a moving vehicle, and disorderly conduct.

In the early hours of Dec. 20, at 12:31 a.m., troopers arrested Leonardo Perez, 25, and Andy J.

Lopez Ruiz, 24, both of Providence, for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and conspiracy following a traffic stop on Etna Street in Providence.

At 2:07 a.m. on Dec. 20, Crystian J. Marroquin, 26, of Central Falls, was arrested for driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test after being stopped on Capital Street in Pawtucket.

All suspects were processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks.

Most were held overnight pending arraignment, while Marroquin was arraigned and released with a future court date.
