LENOX — Lenox police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a woman involved in an incident in the town center earlier this week.

The Lenox Police Department released a photo of the woman on social media Thursday, requesting anyone with information about her identity to come forward.

Officer James Forgett is leading the investigation.

Police have not provided details about the nature of the incident or when exactly it occurred.

Individuals with information are urged to send a private message to the Lenox Police Department’s social media account or call (413) 637-2346 and leave a message for Officer Forgett.

The department emphasized that all communications regarding the woman’s identity should be kept private.
