SPRINGFIELD — A Springfield man was arrested on two outstanding warrants during a traffic stop late Tuesday night, police said.
Orion K. Pfenning, 29, was taken into custody without incident around 11:43 p.m. on Dec. 3 when Officer Callahan of the Springfield Police Department stopped a vehicle on Main Street, according to a department press release.
Pfenning, a passenger in the vehicle, was known to have active arrest warrants.
He was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing.
Authorities issued Pfenning a criminal citation to appear at Windsor County Criminal Court on Dec. 4 to answer to the charges related to the in-state warrants.
The Springfield Police Department was assisted by officers from the Chester and Bellows Falls police departments during the arrest.
