Man arrested for DUI after single-vehicle crash in Hartland

HARTLAND — A 40-year-old Hartford man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a single-vehicle crash on Clay Hill Road.

Vermont State Police responded to the incident at approximately 3:19 p.m. where they found a 2013 GMC Sierra 3500 operated by Andrew J. Nott.

During the interaction, troopers noted signs of impairment.

After a roadside investigation, Nott was taken into custody and brought to the Hartford Police Department for processing.

He was released with a citation to appear in Windsor County Superior Court at a future date to respond to the DUI charge.
