BRIDPORT — A local man was arrested Monday evening after an alleged firearm-related altercation at a Bridport residence.
State Troopers responded to a 911 call at approximately 6:18 p.m. regarding an incident on Crown Point Road.
The investigation determined that Travis E. Norris, 26, threatened to inflict serious bodily harm on a neighbor.
Norris was apprehended and taken to the New Haven State Police Barracks for processing.
Following processing, he was ordered held on $2,500 bail at the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility.
Norris is scheduled to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on Dec. 17 to face charges related to the altercation.
