ROCKINGHAM — A Springfield man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident on Dec. 13, authorities said.
Vermont State Police from the Westminster Barracks responded to a crash off Missing Link Rd. at approximately 6:03 p.m. The operator, later identified as Kyle M.
Stevens, 35, had already left the scene when troopers arrived.
Troopers contacted Stevens and noted signs of impairment during their interaction.
Stevens was taken into custody and charged with DUI and Leaving the Scene of an Accident (LSA).
He was processed at the Westminster Barracks and subsequently released with a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division to face the charges.
