NORTH PROVIDENCE — Members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force apprehended Wayne Mulligan, 35, on Dec. 10 for possession of child pornography.
Mulligan, residing at 1560 Douglas Avenue, Apartment B17, was taken into custody and processed at the Lincoln Barrack.
Following the processing, he was brought before the Sixth District Court for arraignment.
The Honorable Judge Goulart arraigned Mulligan, granting him release on $10,000 personal recognizance.
As part of his release conditions, Mulligan is subject to limited internet use and is prohibited from any contact with minors.
