ST. JOHNSBURY — A 37-year-old St. Johnsbury resident, Brock Garand, was arrested for his second DUI offense after a single vehicle crash on Ridge Rd.
Vermont State Police responded to the incident on Dec. 7 at about 6:26 p.m. Upon arrival, troopers made contact with Garand, the vehicle’s operator.
An investigation concluded that Garand had been driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Following the arrest, Garand was transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks for processing.
He was later released on a citation to appear in the Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Dec. 23 at 8:30 a.m.
