DERBY — A Charleston man faces a third drunk driving charges following a two-vehicle collision Thursday afternoon on snow-covered West Street in Derby.
Gerald Letourneau, 63, showed signs of impairment when state police responded to the crash around 3:38 p.m., authorities said.
He was driving a 2014 Ford F-350 when it collided with a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by Natasha Tynio, 31, also of Charleston.
Neither driver was injured, and both vehicles sustained minor damage. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
Letourneau was processed at the Derby State Police barracks and released with a citation to appear in Orleans Criminal Court.
