Plymouth police log 739 calls, multiple arrests in one-week period

PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth Police Department reported a busy week from Nov. 25 to Dec. 1, logging 739 calls for service which included multiple arrests and a variety of incidents.

In the arrests category, a 49-year-old individual was taken into custody on Nov. 25 on an outstanding warrant.

Four days later, on Nov. 29, a 33-year-old was arrested for driving after revocation or suspension, disregarding stop and yield signs, and operating without a valid license.

That same day, a 70-year-old was arrested under an involuntary emergency admission.

On Nov. 30, a 29-year-old faced arrest for protective custody of an intoxicated person and criminal threatening conduct.

The department also noted several investigative reports throughout the week.

Incidents included a juvenile-related case and a theft of items valued between $0 and $1,000, both reported on Nov. 25.

Additional reports documented were criminal mischief and criminal threatening conduct on Nov. 27, a disturbance also on Nov. 27, criminal trespass on Nov. 28, and conduct after an accident on Nov. 29.

Regarding traffic-related incidents, officers responded to three motor vehicle accidents.

The department issued 17 warnings for motor vehicle moving violations and handed out four citations for similar offenses.

Parking enforcement was also active, with the issuance of four parking citations, although no vehicles were immobilized for non-payment of parking fines during this period.

The Plymouth Police Department did not provide further details on the outcomes of the arrests or the investigative reports.

The department continues to encourage community members to report any suspicious activity and to adhere to traffic and parking regulations to ensure public safety.
